Recommending Service Plan
Our Routine pest control treatment plan is a recommended quarterly plan (Treatments every 3 months) because that’s about how long the products last, after approx. 90 days the barrier is weakened, and you will start seeing pest activity again. We recommend quarterly service so we can keep the barrier strong, healthy and continue to provide quality pest control.
Interior Application
For the first treatment we treat the inside of the home and the exterior, then afterwards only treat the inside as needed. It is our goal to provide the best pest control with the least amount of pesticide, if you’re not seeing pest activity inside then we don’t recommend that the inside be treated after the first treatment. The interior application consists of a precision crack and crevice treatment where we apply a fine spray along baseboards, behind appliances and in cracks, crevices, and corners. We apply in this manner due to pest movement patterns, insects travel along edges and corners, by applying the treatment In these areas the treatment will kill most pests that cross the barrier.
Exterior Application
For the exterior we apply treatment around every window, door, eves, and fence posts along with a heavy application 3ft up the exterior walls and out to 12ft into the yard, as well as all visible ant piles. We place glue traps in the garage for pest identification and for rodents. We finish the exterior by plugging all accessible weep holes with approved building material to keep out large spiders and small rodents. After this treatment you can expect to see more pest activity over the next 2-3 days, but pests will be dying. If you are still seeing activity inside after a week, that’s not normal, please call us back and we will come back for a free inspection and retreat.
